Forsythias in bloom on Red Clay Creek

It’s a beautiful day in the neighbourhood. Around the corner on Red Clay Creek. It is spring and the forsythias are in full bloom, and so are the other flowering plants close to the ground. I do not know what those are called. Pretty though. Did you know forsythia flowers are edible? You can use them as a garnish on your favourite dishes.
