I rode my bike into town to find something to paint. I spotted these tulips and I went “ooh!” As it had turned out, my new friends, Matt and Tracy live next door! Hey there neighbours!

Finally out of the winter rut and gradually pushing myself to return to a plein air painting routine. Perhaps not always productive, but at least I'm doing something which usually gets my creative juices flowing again.

I wanted to see how seeing through my sunglasses would affect how I see and mix colours.
